We are looking for a Software Development Technical Leader (Tech Lead) with more than 5 years of experience developing software in defined or related technologies to join our growing team.

- Management/Leadership of development teams – front/back-end developers.
- Understanding how the software works to be able to meet client requirements and achieve better satisfaction with the service.
- Making decisions and problem-solving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Able to complete planning of technological projects aligned with the strategic objectives of software development initiatives
- Able to divide technological requirements into specific tasks.
- Ability to analyze different scenarios to preview technological problems.
- Provide guidance and assistance to front-end/back-end developers when necessary.
- High level of analysis and prioritization of technological requirements.
- Curiosity about the latest industry trends through continuous learning.
- Ability to understand live software to propose improvements, implement, and maintain systems and platforms.
- Software Architecture knowledge.
- Able to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way for non-technical people.
