Engaging visitors at events: With a Customized Tablet Control for Boston Dynamics Robots
With the rapid advancements in robotics technology, robots are increasingly recognized for their potential to enhance human activities. In this case, the challenge was to customized Boston Dynamics robots with a custom app and omnichannel integration to collect data at events, enhancing engagement and providing valuable insights.
A client requested the ability to control a Boston Dynamics robot via a customized application on a separate tablet, in addition to the master control tablet provided with the robot.
Enable an operator to execute primary control actions from the master tablet and then seamlessly transfer control to a second tablet to perform specific, custom-programmed actions.
The project involved deploying four advanced Boston Dynamics robots located in various key and strategically positioned global geographical regions and areas worldwide.
A remote device management solution was needed to collect real-time data from all connected devices, simplifying the support team’s tasks and streamlining their efforts.
