The challenge we faced was to establish a seamless system where patients could easily and quickly retrieve their results. Additionally, the clinic needed to streamline the storage and management of all results for easy retrieval and secure safeguarding.
By reducing turnaround time and delivering results effectively, patient satisfaction can be significantly improved.
If the results are delivered late or incorrectly, it can have serious consequences for the patient’s health.
It can improve the efficiency of the health system, reducing the waiting time of patients and reducing congestion in clinics and hospitals.
Costs associated with follow-up and retesting can be expensive for both the patient and the medical institution and should be reduced.

The most reliable system for storing, sharing and delivering results to patients. It can be customized as a dedicated micro-site, an automated messaging platform, a mobile app, or a simple on-demand downloading URL.
In this case, Clínica de Antioquia enabled a microsite for all patients to log in with a unique ID and easily access their results from any device.

Mango Soft’s platform designed to store, manage, and enhance all multimedia content and streaming video using AI technology. Adam securely stores all content and enables instant retrieval of any specific video as required.
In this case, images were captured directly from medical equipment and stored in the source’s DICOM format. They were then paired with a written diagnosis and tagged by trained AI with various properties for efficient storage and retrieval.
We implemented a solution that automates the processing of diagnostic images through a gateway. These images are stored in our AI-enabled storage module (Adam) and paired with any complementary documents, such as PDFs, allowing patients to efficiently access all their information through Mango Results.
