Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist located in Colombia with more than 5 years of experience working on software development teams, in defined or related technologies, to join our growing team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business and attracting new customers through prospecting, networking, and team planning. You will design and implement strategies to align the interests of clients with those of the company, playing a fundamental role in the connection between Mango and its potential clients by listening, consulting, and building lasting relationships. It is essential to have experience selling technology.

We are a technology company with a global Organic Enterprise System strategy, which is a powerful ecosystem of scalable applications and components in the cloud that supports business, processes, enterprise workflows, intelligent reporting, intelligent media management, and advanced data analytics through predictive AI technologies.

We are currently based in the US and Colombia. We work with companies all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities with our current clients and build long-lasting and beneficial partnerships for both parties.

  • Convert prospects into active clients by leading the entire sales and negotiation process.

  • Lead sales in complex business environments with large processes and diverse clients.

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

  • Advise our current or potential clients on the functionalities and characteristics of our systems and different services.

  • Provide market intelligence to assist with strategic decision-making.

  • Create and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal executives.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with customers, be diplomatic, and able to responsibly resolve disputes and conflicts with them.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish: read, write, and speak competently in both English and Spanish. C1 - Minimum.

  • Strong technical background with the AWS ecosystem.

  • Knowledge in the sports or medical industry.

  • More than 5 years of experience as a business developer in a high-growth digital environment or similar positions.

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and an open mind to learn more.

  • Experience in CLOUD Services.

  • Dynamism to adapt to changes proposed by the industry and the company in different work methodologies.
