Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Remote Full Stack Software Developer with over five years of experience in defined or related technologies to join our growing team.
We are a technology company with a global Organic Enterprise System strategy, which is a powerful ecosystem of scalable applications and components in the cloud that supports business, processes, enterprise workflows, intelligent reporting, intelligent media management, and advanced data analytics through predictive AI technologies.
We are currently based in the US and Colombia. We work with companies all around the world.
Responsibilities
Identify and address security vulnerabilities and issues.
Create normalized relational models.
Understand software workings to meet client requirements and achieve better service satisfaction.
Write and execute quality unit tests. Understand automated processes to build, test, and document an application.
Requirements
Capable of complete planning of technological projects aligned with strategic objectives of software development initiatives.
Capable of making decisions and solving problems efficiently.
Experience in managing technology teams - front / back developers.
Capable of dividing technological requirements into specific tasks.
Analyze different scenarios to preview technological problems.
Provide guidance and assistance to front-end/back-end developers as needed.
High level of analysis and prioritization of technological requirements.
Curiosity for the latest industry trends through continuous learning.
Ability to understand live software to propose improvements and new features, to implement and maintain systems and platforms.
Knowledge of Software Architecture Capable of explaining technical concepts in a simple and understandable way to non-technical people.
