The solution

We have implemented a solution which automates the processing of diagnostic images through a gateway. These images are stored in our AI Enabled Storage module, allowing patients to efficiently access their information through Mango Patient Viewer.

For delivering patient results we implemented a Mango Omnichannel Communication System, asking for the patient’s email to send PDF instructions containing a URL to access the reults typing the patients ID To facilitate access to the platform. A QR code was included in the instructions.
